MAINTAIN HEALTH AND LIFESTYLE.
Up to this point in time, your Body and Mind has had regular exercise.And hopefully you have remainded in relativly good order. Having had a daily workout.
YOU MAY NOT THINK SO - Maybe you have not been in the habit of running a marathon, or swimming thirty two lengths of the swimming pool regularly.
Taken part in Mastermind or your local pub quiz.
BUT BELIEVE ME - You have had a regular work out.
OK - Not in the accepted sense, but a workout never the less.
For X number of years, you have got up on most days, and put yourself through a cracking pace, in order to get to work. And at the end of the day, put yourself through the repeat process to get home again.
Whilst in work, you have put yourself through regular, physical and mental torture in order to reach targets.
At weekends and some evenings you have kept up the process by gardening D.i.Y and playing with the kids.
THIS WILL NOW STOP - You cannot allow this to happen.
YOU WILL SHUT DOWN - STAGNATE - VEGETATE,and suffer ill health.
YOU MUST REPLACE IT - with another regime, equally as vigourous.
YOU MUST MAINTAIN YOUR LIFESTYLE.
AS MUCH THOUGHT and EFFORT needs to go into this procedure as in the Financial Assessment phase.
* Ascertain your level of fitness? (have a medical)
* Research your calorie intake. (working/retired)
* What exercise do you currently take?
* Analyse your medication history (is it all necesary?).

* Do you exercise your mind?
* Do you have any hobbies?
* What are your main interests?
* Do you read/watch television?
* Have you any other interests.
ANALYSE YOUR FINDINGS and make some decisions.
IT IS IMPORTANT that you keep the mind and body in good order.
There are a large number of possiblities open to you.
For example:-
BODY EXERCISE - walking, swimming, golf, tennis, jogging, the list is endless - Make sure your choice is within your budget - (concessions may be applicable in your area).
MIND EXERCISE - crosswords, quizes, theatre, voluntary work again the list is endless. Keeping within your budget again is advised.
